This is Minnie's, Kathy's and Maxi's Story told by their beautiful owner

Their Story is told by Noel, who is great with all kinds of animals. She loves them all, sometimes prefers the Fish and Turtle, because they are quiet. Minnie is in charge even so the smallest, but tough like nails. Kathy is a pleaser and Max is the comedian. They can all make you laugh. Noel trains them (the once who are trainable in that crowed), creates her own agility course. You can see and feel the closeness and trust they have for each other. Dogs love children, they get a different kind of attention from them and free food under the table. It seems they are on the same plane field at least for a while, until the children grow older and start having different interests. It teaches children to be kind, caring, compassion and loss. So to me it is a win win situation.

Who say's little dog's can not have fun

This little girl may be small, but she can run. Her first time with us was in the winter and she did not much care for the snow, mainly because she could not look over the snow piles. Now, the beach is a completely different ball game, she is off the leash, comes when I call her and runs like the wind. She is spreading her wings and going further and further on the beach by herself or with her boyfriend, who follows her everywhere. At home she loves to be in your lab, a lot of good things come in small packages.

New Friends & Fashion

The start was a little bumpy, it took a couple of days to get to know each other and being comfortable in each others company. Not everybody plays the same game and not everyone is on the same page all the time, but when it clicks it clicks. They were playing so well together, that I can see the friendship only deepening.

We do have a new fashion statement, less is more and she carries it well. Very confident and does not give a damn if anybody disagrees.

If I could fly....

into the sky just for a while. How would it feel to glide effortless, letting the wind be my guide, no care in the world for a little while with a smile. Watching from above nothing seems to matter, time does not mean anything, looking down everything seems in high gear, rush, rush, rush, not a care in the world while I am gliding, then diving for food. Just having fun, flying higher and higher until everything is just a speck. Continuing flying no boarders or checkpoints , just being free, just being me.

The Three Musketeers are at it again

This is what the beach looks like before we get going. Empty and quiet and then hell brakes loose. Some of our friends are heading ahead. Maybe just to talk before it gets so noisy, that you can not hear anything, but the dogs barking, while their are having fun. Each one is saying me, me, me, or we are just to slow, lingering around while we are getting ready. This little girl is having a midmorning snack, "at the all you can see sea buffet". So their is something for everybody. The group below, is the captive audience, wondering while these guys are jumping around like crazy on a hot summer morning. What a beautiful day and yes everyday is a beautiful day, when I can go to the beach with the dogs.

This is Oliver's, Paul's & Penelope's Story told by their beautiful owner

They were about 13 weeks old when I met them first, wild and crazy, that's how puppies are. Adopted by this beautiful caring couple, who could not leave two of Oliver's siblings behind. Ann & Gene have their hands full with these three loving dogs, who want all their attention, but that does not stop them to get a home cooked meal in the evening. Ann is a great cook and I was lucky to have some of her dishes, so I know the dogs must be in heaven and probably can not wait for the evening meal. They play and frolic during the day or just take a nap. The two cats who live among them, seem not to mind these very gentle dogs. The black & white cats name is Keith Richards and the tiger cat is Jimmy Hendricks. You can feel the love in the air among all of them who live in that great warm house.

Jack russel with an attitude

My niece took the picture of Jack driving and I love it. It shows right their, he loved to be in charge. All my dogs have a drivers permit, in case they need to. My nephew is showing how strong Jack is and how determined he could be. What a show off.
We took care of this little guy 3 years in a row, while his parents where on vacation in Europe. Each time we had him for about 6 month, he was not neutered and every time he came to our home, he claimed it more and more as his territory. He was so great in so many ways, but backing down was not one of them. This little guy had more personality than you can imagine. He ran after every ball and embraced every challenge presented to him. Just watching him swimming after those balls, his little tale going like a propeller, it did not matter to him how far or how cold the water was. He came back with the ball or stick you threw for him. Jack had no fear what so ever and did not back down from a fight. It did not matter how big the opponent was and I loved him for all those reasons, even so it was a nuisance at times. You could only love and admire him, his heart was the size of a lion. Unfortunately when he made up his mind about a dog, he did not forget and every time he saw him, he was ready to fight, he was anal that way, he could not change, what a shame because of all those great attributes he had otherwise, his circle of friends became smaller and smaller. I could have handled that by separating him from the once he did not get along at the time, but when he started going after my boy Eric, I knew it had to be the last time to take him. It started out very innocent, Eric walked towards the front door and Jack thought he should be first. So he attacked Eric and things where never the same. I told the owners that we could not take him back. It was sad, because I really liked that little guy. Few month after that, the owners decided to give him up for adoption. They had no time for Jack and maybe that was the best thing they could do for him. ARF took him, neutered and placed him in a nice home. I do not know where he ended up, but I do know that is was a household where he was the only Lion who roared.
